Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, with careful attention given to design, materials, safety and construction. We hope that you are happy with your purchase; however, if you are not fully satisfied, most items purchased online or in stores may be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 7 days of furniture delivery or within 30 days of purchase for all other products. Use
- Do not season.
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Use low to medium heat.
- Oven and griller safe to 300°C.
- To prolong life of cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oil such as safflower oil or refined olive oil. Never let oil smoke or burn.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra virgin olive oil (regular olive oil is acceptable). Carbonised build-up will develop over time, causing food to stick.
- Safe for use with metal utensils. For best results, we recommend using silicone or wood utensils.
Care
- Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend handwashing with soft sponge in hot, soapy water to maintain durability of non-stick surface.
- Non-stick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue and exterior stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser. Alternatively, use melamine sponge occasionally (not daily).
